| The FELLOWSHIP OF BAPTIST WORLD MINISTRIES (FBWM) is an organization of formally constituted world mission organizations whose primary function is overseas or global in nature and whose elected leadership are members in good standing of local Southern Baptist churches. |
| The purpose of this organization is: |
| 1. To provide fellowship and inspiration among it's member organizations. |
| 2. To provide information and assistance to it's member organizations in planning and projecting more effective and timely world mission projects. |
| 3. To promote closer fellowship with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. The FBWM is proud to be working in Covenant Agreement with the International Mission Board to carry the Gospel to all the earth. |
| 4. To provide a more effective availability of the talents and resources of the member organizations to all Baptists everywhere. |
| 5. To share proven methods and approaches in world ministries to help member organizations in reaching the lost of the world for Christ. |
